Totapuri Mango Pulp and Puree
Idhika extracts high-quality Totapuri mango pulp from fresh, mature, and carefully selected ripened Totapuri mango fruits. These mangoes are primarily cultivated in Andhra Pradesh, and also in the regions of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. The Totapuri mango is easily recognized by its beak-like pointed end and golden yellow color. It also goes by the names Bangalora, Ginimoothi, Kili Mooku, and Sandersha. Among the many varieties of mangoes in India, Totapuri mangoes are considered to be the most processable variety due to their larger size and smaller seed with higher pulp content. It is a seasonal fruit that is available from May to July.
