Alphonso Mango Pulp/Puree

Idhika produces high-quality Alphonso mango pulp using only selected ripened Alphonso mango fruits. The Alphonso mango was introduced to India by the Portuguese explorer, Alfonso, through Goa, and was later spread to various parts of South India, Gujarat, and Ratnagiri in Maharashtra. Although several varieties of Alphonso mangoes exist, the mangoes grown in Devgad in the Konkan region of Maharashtra are considered the best. Widely known as Hapus or Hapoos in Maharashtra, the Alphonso mango is the king of mangoes, owing to its flavor, richness, and sweetness. It is a seasonal fruit available from April to the end of June, making it more significant than any other fruit.

STORAGE
